Liability and Inspection
Please note that once the carrier picks up the outboard product, any liability for shipping rests with the shipper, Nauti Powerhouse, until it is delivered to you. To safeguard your interests, we strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the product’s condition before signing for the received order. This step is crucial in identifying and documenting any potential problems that may have occurred during shipping.
In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues or concerns with the received outboard product, we kindly request that you notify us promptly. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us address any shipping-related problems efficiently.

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team at Nauti Powerhouse will begin processing it promptly. The order processing time is a maximum of two business days (2 Business days). During this period, we complete the necessary paperwork and register your item with the selected delivery agency.
Delivery Agency
We work with reputable delivery agencies such as DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx and other reliable carriers. The selection of the delivery agency will depend on various factors, including the shipping destination, package dimensions, and weight. Rest assured that we will choose the most appropriate delivery agency to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and registered with the delivery agency, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Total Delivery Process
Taking into account the order processing time and the estimated delivery time from the delivery agency, the entire delivery process typically takes between 8 to 9 business days. Shipping charges are free for orders within the United States. For international shipping, charges will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process.
